Monday :: What I am doing

Recently Updated6 Monday :: What I am doing
{giving me a massage – I paid her well :: in hospital on the ipad :: family tree made by the girls. I love it to bits :: pizza dough ready for a pizza night with friends we haven’t caught up with in a while :: holiday lunch. grazing :: my little miss, really loves that hound, he still finds her a little confusing}
:: listening to Mindy Gledhill’s album The Sum of all Grace.
:: cooking apple pancakes for me and the little kid.  It’s just her and me today. The older two are at Grandma’s.
:: drinking a fruit and veg smoothie. Trying to kick my immune system back up to full speed as of late, been feeling a little blah.
:: reading Belinda Alexandra’s Golden Earrings.  Another epic novel.
:: wanting to know when my new lens will arrive. Two day shipping policy has turned into four.  Teaching me a lesson in patience.
:: pondering  the reason why I can never grow legumes in my garden. Asked Kate from Fox’s Lane for some advice.  I’m thinking it could be my reluctance to fertilize.
:: sewing  birthday presents. Something in fluoro pink, something very, very dainty. Stay tuned….
:: wishing for nothing really, except a manageable week.
:: enjoying reading Ruth’s posts for #a month of moments. Joining in was tempting.
:: missing the routine of school life. (did I just say that?)
:: looking forward to the long weekend. Aussie, Aussie, Aussie, Oi, Oi, Oi.
:: liking what Ros has done with the Sweet Pouch Swap.  Cured me of my z.i.p. phobia.
:: wondering what this school year will bring. Last year my kids loved school. Hoping this year is the same.
:: loving that my dream of organised family bible study nights has eventuated. All of us, in the same room, one night a week investing time into reading and studying God’s word.
:: believing in a God who wants us to first of all seek His Kingdom and then everything else will fall into place.
:: wearing my daggies. It is of course housework day.
:: considering how I could convince Rob that this is my calling in life.. Big block, we could even have chooks?
:: thinking about how great the staff are at our local hospital. Spent another afternoon there on Saturday getting the asthma kid all sorted.
:: marvelling at how much we achieved these holidays without doing much really. Lazy days, was that what the doctor ordered?
:: trying to keep on top of the housework with the lack of routine.
:: smelling the pancakes. Yes, Puggles, they are almost ready!
:: feeling a little wiped out after all this thinking!! But super glad that I found Malea’s blog again after loosing the link in my bookmark shemozzle.  Linking up with her “What am I doing” for January.
